How long does a takedown take?Show

It depends on who the site is registered and hosted with. Many act within days once they have clear evidence; some take longer, and we keep following up.

Will you contact my customers or the people running the shop?Show

No. Takedowns go through the companies that register and host the site, never the shop itself, and we never contact your customers.

What if a fake shop has already taken orders?Show

Customers should contact their bank or card provider and report the site to Action Fraud. We can help you word a notice for your website.
